Hello ASIA,

I suggest THE BEST OF ASIA TOP HITS as a topic for the next DVD. It would include top hits songs exclusively from ASIA (ie.: Mot Lan Nua Thoi, Yeu Em Am Tham, Noi Nho Dieu Em, Vi Yeu Do Anh, etc). Also, invite former ASIA singers (Nhu Quynh, Shayla, Thanh Truc, Nini, Vina Uyen Mi, Manh Dinh, Gia Huy, etc), songwriters (Le Duc Long, Dang Hien, etc), MCs (Quynh Huong, Le Tin Huong, Thuy Trinh, etc) to talk about their experience and souvenirs about ASIA. Of course, it will include the actual ASIA singers and new songs.

It would be a fresh, new and very entertaining topic... very "ASIA" and unique. What do you think ?

I say no. Asia's been reusing songs way too much, eespecially their hit songs. They need to stay from that for a while, like a LONG while. I rather we see songs that have yet to appear in Asia.

Someone in the past had suggested the theme MADE IN ASIA. It is similar to your suggestion AINS but this theme is more broad and it doesn't force Asia to use "top hits".

Here are some ideas for the show:

Comedians
- Van Son & Bao Liem (both debuted in Asia 10th Anniversary)

Fashion Designers
- Thai Nguyen (worked on Asia 37)
- Calvin Hiep (worked on the Đêm Sàigòn series)

Songwriters
It would be nice if Asia could reintroduce some of the songwriters they had worked with in the past. They could do something like they did with LK Hoàng Trọng Thuỵ in Asia 68, mixing an old hit with a song that hasn't been featured on Asia.

- Trường Sa : Khi Cuộc Tính Đã Cuối, Những Mùa Thu Trên Cuộc Tính Tôi
- Trịnh Lâm Ngân : Nỗi Lòng Mùa Xuân
- Ngọc Trọng : Tình Cuồng Điên
- Bảo Chấn : Bên Em Lá Biễn Rộng, Nơi Ấy Bình Yên
- Quốc Dũng : Cơn Gió Thoảng, Nổi Đau Ngọt Ngào, Chợt Như Nam 18
- Từ Huy : Con Gái Nhà Lành, Nhớ Nguời Dưng
- Việt Dzũng : Vá Em Hãy Nói Yêu Anh
- Dức Huy
- Hoàng Trọng Thụy
- Jason Lam : Mùa Hè Rực Rở, Siren
- Le Tín Huơng
- Diệu Hương
- Vũ Anh Tuấn (the saxaphonist) : Yêu Hết Con Tim

SBTN Giai Sang Tac
- Đi Qua
- Người Mẹ Bán Nón
- Bài Valentine Cho Em
- Nếu
- Bóng Tối
- Phải Chi Có Huế

Singer-songwriter
Asia used to frequently showcase their singer-songwriters talents on their videos such as Le Tam, Shayla, Trish, Cardin, Anh Minh etc. Unfortunately, they don't do that anymore (with the exception of Mai Thanh Son in Asia 68). Asia should start promoting their singers more by showing off their composition skills.

- Mai Thanh Son with Duong Nhu
- Nguyễn Hong Nhung : Mơ Về Anh
- Quốc Khanh : Vẫn Mong Em Về, Chuyện Tình Mình
- Thuy Huong : Take Me

Agree, it will be like repeating all the songs that we have been watching most of the recent dvds.
